<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reader/writer, an information processor, a communication method, a program, and a communications system preventing increase of communication time in non-contact communications between the reader/writer and the information processor. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a reader/writer which includes: a carrier wave signal generation part which generates a carrier wave signal; a communication antenna which transmits the carrier wave signal and receives an answer signal; a modulation speed detection part which detects the modulation speed of the information processor based on the received answer signal; a filter part which includes at least a first filter corresponding to the first modulation speed and a second filter corresponding to the second modulation speed higher than the first modulation speed and which selectively switches the filter based on a set signal and filters the answer signal; a demodulation part which demodulates the answer signal based on the filtered signal; and a control part which makes the carrier wave signal generation part generate a carrier wave and transmits the set signal to the filter part based on the detection result of the modulation speed detection part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
