<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve switch installation in an area of a transparent window section to improve the operability and design while securing a double seal structure of the transparent window section. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The transparent window section 9a is constructed as a part of a wall of a sealed chamber 20 doubly sealed inside a cover body 7, an insulated space g is formed inside the sealed chamber 20, and a spacer 23 which fills the insulated space g is placed between embosses 9b, 22a on top and bottom to transmit the pressing force from the emboss 9b on a top board 9 side above to the emboss 22a on a decoration sheet side below through the spacer 23 and to make an operation section 25 of a switch 24 operate.
