<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium preventing displacement of an antenna base material. <P>SOLUTION: The information recording medium is configured by interposing upper and lower faces of an antenna base material 1 on which at least an antenna pattern is formed between bonding layers 2a and 2b and laminate base materials 3a, 3b, 4a and 4b. The information recording medium includes a section where the antenna base material 1 and the laminate base materials 3a and 3b are bonded through the boning layers 2a and 2b, and a section where the antenna base material 1 and the laminate base material 3a are directly bonded through a hole 20 formed in the bonding layer 2a.
