PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balun device including a pattern that is easily produced not only from a printed circuit board but also from a metal plate, and also to provide an antenna device with the balun device. SOLUTION: The balun device 101 is provided with: a first conductor line 11; a second conductor line 12 disposed while being spaced apart from the first conductor line 11; and one or more stabs disposed between the first conductor line 11 and the second conductor line 12 and having a first end connected to any one of the first conductor line 11 and the second conductor line 12 and an electrically opened second end. The one or more stabs are disposed while being spaced apart from a first wide portion 13, in the first conductor line 11, wider than other portions and a second wide portion 14, in the second conductor line 12, disposed while facing the first wide portion 13 and being wider than other portions and are disposed on the same side with respect to the first wide portion 13 and the second wide portion 14.
