PURPOSE: A mobile terminal is provided to pressurize an elastic body unit by a movement of button unit, thereby conveniently making a mount and a separation of a cover unit. CONSTITUTION: A battery(120a) is accepted in a containing room(122). A cover unit(121) is combined with a body unit to cover the containing room. A button unit(130) is mounted to the body unit. The button unit can be operable for unlocking the bond of the body unit and a cover unit. A elastic unit(150) is elastically transformed by the operation of the button unit. When the body unit and the cover unit are unlocked, the elastic unit applies elastic force at the direction of growing apart from the containing room in the cover unit.
