PURPOSE: A splicer of a both overlap joint and a butt joint of carcass is provided to efficiently use a facility while reducing a size of the facility in a plant by selectively performing splicing operation of the both overlap joint and the butt joint of carcass. CONSTITUTION: A splicer of a both overlap joint and a butt joint of carcass transfers carcass supplied from a let-off frame with a transfer conveyor belt(3), cuts the carcass with a cutter, and a combine the cut carcass. The splicer is installed on a fixing frame(6). A lap joint splicer(5a) is elevated by an lifting cylinder(7). A but joint splicer(5b) is moved from side to side with an LM guide(8).
