PURPOSE: A file system which stores a forged file from a source file logically, a formation apparatus and a method thereof are provided to prevent duplication of data of the same content in a disk phase by storing a modulated file logically in a disc. CONSTITUTION: A source file reading unit(110) reads out at least one or more source file of a data area. A target file generator(120) creates a target file. The target file is forged from at least one or more source file. A file information storage unit(130) does not store the target file physically in the data area. The file information storage unit stores file information only in a master area. The file information includes logical location information of the target file.
