PURPOSE: A capacity control system of a variable capacity type compressor is provided to prevent the degradation of the operating efficiency of the variable displacement compressor by controlling the operating timing of a second control valve. CONSTITUTION: A capacity control system of a variable capacity type compressor comprises a first control valve, a second control valve, and a check valve(90). The cross sections of an air supply passage(29) are controlled with the first control valve. The second control valve comprises a back pressure chamber(80), a valve room(71), a valve port(27a), a spool(75), and a throttle. The valve port is formed in the valve room. The spool reduces the openness of the valve port if the pressure of the back pressure chamber is enhanced. |
