PURPOSE: An eye make-up composition of water dispersion formulation is provided to ensure soft use and excellent persistence. CONSTITUTION: An eye make-up composition of water dispersion formulation contains silicon complex powder in which silicon resin is coated on the surface of silicon rubber powder; and acrylate copolymers. The particle size of the silicon complex powder is 1.0-30.0 um. The acrylate copolymer is acrylate/acrylamide copolymer, acrylate/acetoacetoxyethylmeta-acrylate copolymer, or acrylate/C1-C30 alkylacrylate cross-linking polymer. The composition is used in the form of eye liner, mascara, eye shadow, or eye brow.
