FABRICATING AND OPTICAL DETECTING APPARATUS FOR BIO-CHIP

PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a biochip and optical detection is provided to save manufacturing cost and time and to minimize effect by outer environment. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for manufacturing a biochip and optical detection comprises: a reaction chamber in which a biochip is placed and which seals the biochip from the outside; a space optical modulator(109) forming light image by modulating first light source(101) emitting light, second light source(102) emitting excitation light, and light for exposure; an light exposure system providing light image to the biochip; a system for monitoring and detecting fluorescence which monitors light image and detects fluorescence generated from the biochip; and a light path change unit transferring light to the system for monitoring and detecting fluorescence.
