PURPOSE: A high-strength hot-rolled steel sheet having excellent acid pickling property and a method for producing the same are provided to reduce surface defects generated in a cold rolling process and prevent low temperature cranks. CONSTITUTION: A high-strength hot-rolled steel sheet having excellent acid pickling property comprises carbon 0.01~0.08 weight%, silicon 0.10~1.5 weight%, manganese 0.5~2.0 weight%, phosphorus 0.06~0.09 weight%, the rest composed of Fe components. The silicon and manganese creates the oxidation scale. The phosphorus lowers the temperature of the process reaction of the oxidation scale. The pickling property can be improved by including phosphorus. |
