PURPOSE: A quantum dot producing apparatus including plural heating areas, and a method thereof are provided to enhance the producing yield by uniformly producing the particle diameter of quantum dots. CONSTITUTION: A quantum dot producing apparatus including plural heating areas comprises the following: more than one pump(10-1,10-2) inserting plural precursor solutions dissolved with different precursors; a mixer(12) to mix the different plural precursor solutions; and plural heating units(14,16) operating at different temperatures while the mixed precursor solutions are passing through the heating units. The heating unit comprises a first heating unit and a second heating unit.
