The board has dynamic stiffener inserts interacted with a body (1), where the inserts are carbon tubes, rods or wicks. The wicks are made of glass fiber, carbon, aramid, resin impregnated wood or non impregnated wood. The inserts define a parabolic curve (5) corresponding to an external contour (3) of the board, where the board is made of expanded or extruded polystyrene, expanded polypropylene or polyurethane. Length and diameter of the inserts are adjusted according to constraints imposed by the follow-up of curves of the board and the dynamic behavior of a desired floater. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a foam board.
