PURPOSE: A conveyor velocity control device for an arrangement stand is provided to rapidly transfer reinforcing bars to a falling conveyor by controlling the feed conveyor speed of an arrangement stand depending on the number of reinforcing bars in the process of transferring the reinforcing bars to a stacker through the feed conveyor. CONSTITUTION: A conveyor velocity control device for an arrangement stand comprises a feed conveyor driving unit, a counter(42) and a controller(30). The feed conveyor driving unit drives a feed conveyor(20) and the feed conveyor transfers reinforcing bars(80) to a pulling conveyor. The counter counts the number of the reinforcing bars transferred from the pulling conveyor. The controller controls a feed conveyor driving unit depending on the number of the reinforcing bars counted during the reference time.
