<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control device for a working machine, capable of ensuring the required flow rate of circuit of a high load pressure actuator when performing a composite operation, improving energy efficiency, and simplifying a valve configuration. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This hydraulic control device for the working machine is constituted by providing a selector valve 29 being switched and controlled with the control device 36 and a pilot pressure control valve 37 in a discharge pipe passage of hydraulic pumps 27, 28, and providing both of first priority valve 30 and second priority valve 31 being flow rate control valves with pressure compensation function on the downstream side of the selector valve 29. When the composite operation is performed, the oil discharged from the pumps is supplied into right and left running motors 11R, 11L or a crushing cylinder 12 through the selector valve 29 and the first or second priority valve 30 or 31 with priority while controlling the flow rate with the pressure compensation function, and a surplus of oil is supplied into the other hydraulic actuators.
