PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for forming rolled bread dough which can efficiently form spindle-like bread dough into a cylindrical shape. SOLUTION: The apparatus for forming the rolled bread dough which has a rolling portion 24 for cylindrically rolling bread dough put on the dough-mounting surface of a belt conveyer and rolled into a spindle shape, wherein the rolling portion 24 has an endless belt 26 used for rolling and having a rolling surface 60 set on the mounting surface in parallel with each other, and a pressing member 62 including a pressing surface 64 which is set on the back side of the rolling surface 60, presses the rolling surface to the side of the mounting surface, and especially presses the central portion of the bread dough.
