Determination of a specific immunglobulin using multiple antigens
摘要

Immunological detection of an antibody (Ab) comprises incubating a test sample, in presence of a solid phase, with 2 antigens (Ag) directed against Ab, one Ag (Ag1) carrying a label and the other (Ag2) being either bound to the solid phase or bindable to it. The Ab is detected from measurement of the label in the solid and/or liq. phases. The new feature is that at least one Ag comprises multiple epitope regions reactive with Ab. Also new are reagent kits for this process and certain Ag useful as above.
