<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve luminance, and to reduce luminance unevenness and color shift. <P>SOLUTION: A laser light L is emitted from a laser light source 601 onto a panel surface serving as the scattering surface 11a of an acrylic resin panel comprising: a polymethylmethacrylate with weight-average molecular weight of 10,000 to 100,000; or the acrylic resin panel comprising a copolymer containing a 90 to 99.9 wt.% methyl methacrylate and a 0.1 to 10 wt.% acrylic ester with weight-average molecular weight of 1,000 to 100,000.
