<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration motor with a reduced thickness. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The vibration motor 100 comprises a laminated substrate 10, a permanent magnet 20, a guide frame 30, a first leaf spring 42 and a second leaf spring 44. A first planar coil 12a and a second planar coil 12b spaced apart from each other are formed on the laminated substrate 10. The permanent magnet 20 has a magnetic pole face positioned opposite to the coil 12, and moves on the upper face 10a side of the laminated substrate 10 along the coil 12 arrangement direction. The guide frame 30 is formed on the upper face 10a of the laminated substrate 10 to surround the coil 12 and the permanent magnet 20. The first leaf spring 42 and the second leaf spring 44 are each provided with a folded part having a single fold between one end in contact with the permanent magnet 20 and the other fixed end.
