The covering has an elastic, porous intermediate layer (12) arranged on a rigid base layer (11), and an outer layer arranged on the intermediate layer, where the outer layer is designed as a thin, elastic cover layer (13). Two-component polyurethane coating is provided in the outer layer. The intermediate layer is designed as a rubber granulated plate. The base layer is designed as a cemented wood fiber board. The base layer is sealed with epoxy resin and/or resin, rubber granulated mass. The intermediate layer is connected to the base layer by single-component polyurethane adhesive.
