PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant for manufacturing new fluidized sand which can fluidize and easily and surely supply a sand pile material to a narrow sand pile creation area by pipe transportation. SOLUTION: This plant 10 for manufacturing the fluidized sand manufactures the fluidized sand by mixing a fluidizer into the sand pile material for use in soil improvement. The plant includes a mixer 12 which mixes the sand pile material and water together and agitates the fluidizer and a slow-acting plasticizer with the sand pile material containing the mixed water, and an agitator tank 15 for storing the fluidized sand containing the fluidizer and the slow-acting plasticizer manufactured by being agitated by the mixer 12. The fluidized sand stored in the agitator tank 15 is supplied to a hollow pipe of a construction machine body of a sand pile creation system. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
