<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector, capable of locating a wire connected to a terminal fitting parallel to the direction of fitting a connector housing to a counter connector. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The connector 1 includes the connector housing 2 and a lever 4. The connector housing 2 houses a terminal fitting connected to a wire bundle 11. The lever 4 includes: a pair of flat plate parts 41 superposed on the outer surface of the connector housing 2 to locate the connector housing 2 between both; a connection part 42 mutually connecting one-end sides of the pair of flat plate parts 41; and a wire fixing part 50. The wire fixing part 50 is provided in pairs to extend from the connection parts 42, so that when the connector housing 2 is fitted to the counter connector, the wire bundle 11 protruded out of the connector housing 2 is positioned between both and located parallel to the direction X of fitting the connector housing 2 to the counter connector.
