PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water leakage detecting connector 10 for detecting connection between a water leakage detecting device 1 and an endoscope 100, and to provide the water leakage detecting device 1 having the water leakage detecting connector 10, and a washing device 2. SOLUTION: The water leakage detecting connector includes: a cap valve 11 being the first valve to be closed in non-connection and to be opened in connection; and a relief valve 12 being the second valve to be operated in non-connection and to be normally closed in connection.
