PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, endoscope apparatus, endoscope system, and program for informing a user of tilt of a subject in the depth direction of an image. SOLUTION: A CPU 507 calculates space coordinates of three or more points corresponding to image coordinates of three or more points on the subject in the image based on a video signal acquired by imaging the subject. Then, the CPU 507 calculates a plane for approximating the surface of the subject from the space coordinates of three or more points. Then, the CPU 507 calculates image coordinates of a plurality of points corresponding to the space coordinates of a plurality of points on the plane. Then, the CPU 507 generates a display signal for displaying a pattern at the position determined by the image coordinate of the plurality of points in the image based on the video signal.
