The clutch (1) has a clutch plate with friction linings provided between a pressure plate (4) and a counter-pressure plate. An adjusting device is provided between a deformation device (6) and the plate (4). A ramp device (8) is complementary with ramps (9) formed at the pressure plate. An adjusting ring (10) stays in contact with the device (6) with the ramps. A counter-ramp (11) stays in contact with the ring and has a radially extending element for rotating the counter-ramp. The ring has a balance point arranged on an axis of rotation of the ring that is formed from aluminum die casting.
