METHOD AND DEVICE FOR IMPLEMENTING QoS PRE-AUTHORIZATION IN ROAMING SCENARIO

A method and device for implementing pre-authorization to Quality of Service (QoS) in roaming scenario is provided in the present invention. The method includes the following steps: the first Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) receives service information transmitted by the Application Function (AF), wherein the service information includes the QoS pre-authorization indication; the first PCRF performs the QoS pre-authorization negotiation with the second PCRF; the first PCRF transmits the negotiation result to the AF. It is avoided that the AF needs to transmit the service information time after time to perform repeated pre-authorization, so that the user sessions can be normally established.
