<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control apparatus capable of returning a control part from a standby state to a normal position even if a system has any failure under a standby state. <P>SOLUTION: A gateway apparatus for communicating with another ECU through a CAN (controller area network) communication bus, includes: a WDC part 12B which is provided with a clock input port for inputting a clock signal, and resets a clock count value to be input into the clock input port when a WDC signal is input from a CPU 8 to be monitored before the clock count value is a predetermined value; and a clock switching circuit 16 for switching a signal input path so that a receiving signal received through a CAN communication bus is input into the clock input port of the WDC part 12B in place of a clock in switching to a standby state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
