<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a volume of a dynamic damper while arranging the dynamic damper in a limited space around a steering column. <P>SOLUTION: The dynamic damper 1 includes a weight 10 formed with a concave part 12 on a front surface 11, a plate metal fitting 20 having a first facing plate part 21 facing to an upper surface 13 of the weight 10, a first mounting plate part provided on the first facing plate part 21 to be positioned on the opposite side of the weight 10 to a column shaft a, a second facing plate part 22 facing to a lower surface of the weight 10, and a second mounting plate part provided on the second facing plate part 22 to be positioned on the opposite side of the weight 10 to the column shaft a, and a rubber elastic body 30 having a first connection part 31 for connecting the upper surface 13 of the weight 10 and the first facing plate part 21 and a second connection part 32 for connecting the lower surface of the weight 10 and the second facing plate part 22.
