<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the production of a ferrite film-coated body having a homogenous ferrite film, which is based on a ferrite-plating method. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a ferrite film-coated body comprising a substrate (3) and a ferrite film deposited on the substrate (3). The method includes supporting the substrate (3) in such a way that a space of 100μm or above is left on the back side of the substrate (3), feeding both a reacting fluid containing at least iron (I) ions and an oxidizing fluid containing at least an oxidizing agent to the face side of the substrate (3) through a reacting fluid nozzle (1) and an oxidizing fluid nozzle (2) respectively, and applying an acceleration of 2 to 150 m/s<SP>2</SP>due to a non-gravitational force to the reacting fluid and the oxidizing fluid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
