PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor and a memory management method for executing memory management processing for simultaneously starting two types of applications. SOLUTION: When processing to start an application 106 being flash data is performed by an application 101 being a Java application during the execution of the application 101, native software 102 being a flash player makes a memory management part 110 secure a prescribed memory from a memory area for the native software 102.
