PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat for a vehicle suppressing the occurrence of VOC in comparison with a prior art even with a cushion pad formed of urethane foam, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: This seat 100 for the vehicle includes the cushion pad 10 formed of a foamed resin molding, a support member 20 supporting the cushion pad 10, and an abnormal noise preventing sheet 30 interposed between the cushion pad 10 and the support member 20 for preventing the occurrence of abnormal noises due to friction. The abnormal noise preventing sheet 30 includes a sheet-like base formed of a resin film, nonwoven fabric, cloth, knitted work, or paper, and a gas adsorbent adhered to the base. The abnormal noise preventing sheet 30 is interposed between the cushion pad 10 and the support member 20 without being integrated with the cushion pad 10. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
