<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-repellent and oil-repellent agent composition which imparts sufficient dynamic water repellency and water repellency after air-drying to the surface of an article and has a low load to the environment and a method for preparing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The water repellent oil repellent agent composition includes a copolymer prepared by polymerizing a monomer mixture of a monomer (a) of a compound represented by (Z-Y)<SB>n</SB>X (wherein Z is a 1-6C polyfluoroalkyl group or the like; Y is a divalent organic group or the like; n is 1 or 2; and X is a polymerizable unsaturated group), a monomer (b) of a halogenated olefin, and a monomer (c) of a (meth)acrylate having a 12-30C alkyl group without having a polyfluoroalkyl group, in the presence of a compound (x) of a thiol compound having a crosslinkable functional group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
