PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze a shape of an organ inside the body based on SPECT data. SOLUTION: An apparatus for analyzing a functional image includes: a data storage part 10 for storing one piece of subject individual brain data 11a and a plurality of pieces of healthy subject individual brain data 11b; a normalization processor 20 for normalizing the subject data 11a and the healthy subject data 11b to generate subject standard brain data 13a and healthy subject standard brain data 13b and also generate a subject conversion parameter 15a and healthy subject conversion parameters 15b; a blood flow analysis processor 30 for analyzing a blood flow based on the subject standard brain data 13a and the healthy subject standard brain data 13b; a shape analysis processor 40 for analyzing a shape based on the subject conversion parameter 15a and the healthy subject conversion parameters 15b; and an output device 50 for outputting analysis results of the processors 30 and 40.
