There is provided an electric element system equipped with a cooling device for effectively transferring heat generated by the electric element to the outside. A heat pipe in which a nonflammable gas is sealed as a refrigerant is disposed in contact with the electric element for supplying electricity. The heat pipe effectively absorbs heat generated by the electric element and releases the heat to the outside. The electric element system is installed on a heavy equipment requiring a counterweight and functions as the counterweight of the heavy equipment.
