<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and light-weight brushless motor reducing a manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: A bracket unit is composed of a bracket 15 fitted to a motor housing 11 with one end inserted in the axial direction of a rotating shaft 21 and a cover plate 55 assembled to cover the bracket 15 from one end in the axial direction. A control substrate 63 arranged with a predetermined distance with one end of the rotating shaft 21 in the axial direction is assembled to the cover plate 55. A sensor magnet 65 rotated together with the rotating shaft 21 is installed at one end of the rotating shaft 21 in the axial direction while a magnetic detector 66 arranged with a predetermined distance with the sensor magnet 65 and detecting the magnetic flux of the sensor magnet 65 is mounted on the control substrate 63. A controller 60 controlling the rotation of the rotating shaft 32 on the basis of the result of detection by the magnetic detector 66 is also mounted on the control substrate 63. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
