PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new means for efficiently capturing a composite, which is composed of a labelled reagent, a detection target substance, and a first reagent, in the determining region of a chromatographic medium via the first reagent, in order to achieve measurement of high sensitivity, with a proper S/N ratio in immunochromatography. SOLUTION: This measuring kit for immunochromatography contains the chromatographic medium having a polyclonal antibody for recognizing the biotin fixed thereto, the first reagent to which biotin is bonded, and the labelled reagent wherein the second reagent, capable of being specifically bonded to the detection target substance, is bonded to a labelling substance.
