<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw preventing relaxation for many years and capable of maintaining high sealing performance, and to provide a method of manufacturing the screw, a fastening screw system using the screw and a pipe joint using the screw. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A screw 1 forms a thread member 2 having a crest on the outer peripheral part and made of softer materials than the insert core 3 in the vicinity of and in contact with the outer peripheral part of the insert core 3. In the chip 3a of the insert core 3 and an end part 3b or in the intermediate part closer to the end part 3a more than the end part 3b, and large diameter parts 32, 34 are built sandwiching the thread member 2 in an axial direction, and in the outer peripheral part of the large diameter part 32 of the chip end 3a, screw heads 33 are built continuously to the crest of the thread member 2.
