The present invention relates to substituted spiroamines, having the general formula (I), processes for the preparation thereof, medicaments containing these compounds and the use of substituted spiroamines for the preparation of medicaments for combating pain, in particular pain selected from the group consisting of acute pain, neuropathic pain, visceral pain, chronic pain and inflammatory pain; or for the treatment of migraine; diabetes; diseases of the respiratory tract; inflammatory bowel diseases; neurological diseases; septic shock; reperfusion syndrome; obesity, and as an angiogenesis inhibitor.
