PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a method for making a fingerprint stain on a cured film with a low reflection and a film strength hardly be distinct; an anti-fingerprint coating material composition capable of forming the cured film on which a fingerprint soil is hardly notified; and a coated article formed on the top surface of a base material. SOLUTION: The cured film is formed on the uppermost surface of the base material by using the coating material composition containing porous silica fine particles, hydrolyzed material or partially hydrolyzed material of a tetrafunctional alkoxysilane, and a hydrolyzable silane compound with a phenyl group.
