<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably support a shield cover and reduce the height of an overall shield. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A mounting structure for a shield cover includes: the shield cover for removing noise from electronic components mounted on a substrate; and a shield frame that is mounted on the substrate and is covered with the shield cover in a fitting manner. The shield cover has an insulating layer for insulating the inside of the top surface of the shield cover. The shield frame has: a sucking part on the ceiling of the shield frame, the sucking part sucking the electronic components to be mounted on the substrate; and a sucking support part for supporting the sucking part with the sides of the sucking support part. The sucking part and the sucking support part are held as high as the tallest electronic component of the electronic components mounted on the substrate, and the sucking part and the sucking support part are provided so as to avoid the tallest electronic component.
