To solve the problem in present multi-base station cooperative communication technology, wherein a large number of interactive data between base stations, increased delay, or unobtainable optimal gain is caused by invariably providing cooperative communication of fixed type to mobile terminals, a cooperative type conversion technique of multi-sector cooperative communication is provided. The base station apparatus, which the sectors belong to, determines one or several cooperative sectors of mobile terminals and selects, according to cooperative sector information and pre-set rules, the type of multi-sector cooperative communication which is to be provided to the mobile terminals by the base station, cooperatively with the sectors. The base station, cooperatively with the sectors, provides associated multi-sector cooperative communication of selected type to the mobile terminals. The invention enables complete channel state information and data to be exchanged at high speed between the sectors in one cell so as to increase cooperative gain and data return to be not or infrequently carried out between the sectors in different cells so as to decrease the return delay of cooperative information and improve sector-edge user throughput and system performance. |
