<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biocoke production process and an apparatus capable of efficiently producing biocoke in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: In the biocoke production process by which biocoke is produced by filling a reaction vessel with a biomass granule and performing pressure molding while heating the biomass granule in a temperature range and a pressure range in which a semi-carbonized product or a solid product before being semi-carbonized is obtained in a close state and then cooling the resultant product, the reaction vessel is filled with a mixture of a first biomass granule having a small content of succharide and a second biomass granule having a content of succharide larger than that of the first biomass granule, the mixture is pressurized in the pressure range by a pressurizing body and heated and held by a heating means, and then cooled by switching the heating means to a cooling means, a biocoke molded body formed in the reaction vessel is discharged, the heating means is actuated when completion of discharge is detected and the mixture is charged while the temperature of the reaction vessel is increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
