<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for advantageously producing a dry granulation sintering raw material which is capable of suppressing a use amount of binder and causes low powdering. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When the granulation sintering raw material is produced by adding the binder and water to the sintering raw material and performing granulation to the mixture, organic binder containing at least starch is used as the binder, and at least a part of the organic binder is pre-mixed with the sintering raw material and successively, granulation is performed after adding water to the mixture to produce the granulation sintering raw material.
