PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation input device capable of performing movement and stopping at the nearest floor and door opening or a warning and a report, without operating a crime preventive button or an interphone call button arranged in a car by a passenger of an elevator. SOLUTION: Whether or not a recognized sight line is turned to a predetermined place in the car, is determined by recognizing the line of sight of the passenger by image processing from an image of the passenger acquired by camera photographing in the car. When determining that the line of sight is turned to the predetermined place in the car, stopping or door opening at the nearest floor or issuing of the warning or the report to an external part of the car are performed.
