<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output image data which have been used for image processing without stopping or delaying the image processing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An image processor includes: an image inputting interface 101 which obtains image data from a camera 3; a VRAM 153 which stores the obtained image data; a VRAM 105 which stores the image data from the image inputting interface 101, the image data used in the image processor composed of a CPU 160 and a main memory 161; a CPU 130 and a main memory 131; and a dual port memory 135 which is disposed between the CPU 160 and the CPU 130 so as to transfer information communicated therebetween. The VRAM 105 is arranged between an A-D converter and the CPU, and the VRAM 153 is arranged between the A-D converter 101 and the CPUs 130, 160. The CPU 160 performs image processing by using the image data stored in the VRAM 153 so as to examine and measure appearance.
