<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hook improved in management of a fastening load, looseness prevention, vibration absorption and a sealing effect. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A fastening surface 11 of the hook 1 is formed with a notch part 7 communicated with the inner peripheral surface of a screw hole and, further, formed with a spherical notch part in a contact point part of the notch part and the screw hole on a notch part side thereof. An elastic member 8 is installed in the notch part 7. The hook 1 with this structure and bolts 2 inserted into insertion holes 3a and 4a of fastened members 3 and 4 are screwed to each other by relatively rotating them around the shaft center in the state of bringing an end surface 81 of the elastic member 8 into contact with the fastened member 3, and the elastic member 8 compressed and deformed in the axial direction is brought into pressure-contact with the outer peripheral surface of the bolt 2.
