<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform noise control with limited wave motion impression means by restricting the control space, subjected to the noise control, to the position of human body, and utmostly suppress the decrease of noise reduction effect at the position of human body, even when a part of the wave motion impression means is in trouble or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A control instruction value calculation part 35 of a control unit 30 initializes control spaces according to the positions of the seats on which occupants are seated, acquires a number of normal actuators based on the trouble diagnosis signals of actuators 20a-20h, and compares the number of normal actuators with the number of control spaces. This control device determines that it is necessary to change the control spaces if the number of normal actuators is less than the number of control spaces, then eliminates at least two among the initialized control spaces from the control objects, and sets a space that has a correlation coefficient to these spaces not less than a predetermined value as a new control space to replace the control spaces eliminated from the control objects.
