The applicator (10), for a flowing substance, has an outer sleeve (12) with an outer wall (14) and base (16) and an inner sleeve tightly within it moving between closed and open positions. The base (22) of the inner sleeve has at least one opening (32) blocked by a closure (34) in the closed position. On moving the inner sleeve into the open position the substance in a holding zone (38) is forced out through the opening. |
