The structure has two vertical walls (12, 13) separated from one another, where each wall has construction elements (14) assembled together at the level of a horizontal joint plane. A space bar (22) is in the form of U-shaped elastically deformable strip, and has a bracing zone i.e. base (25), whose width defines a space between the walls. A branch (24) and another branch are extended from the base. The branches have slips that are inserted in grooves (17) of the elements, respectively. The base has a fixation zone that is fixed to a U-sectioned vertical post (1) and is constituted of a slot.
