<p>PURPOSE: A system, a server and a terminal for mobile streaming, and a method thereof are provided to watch video without video seam or degradation of video. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(110) transmits a moving path and a network state at ever movement to a server(130). The terminal requests a streaming to the server on a movement. The terminal receives streaming of data which is suitable for current network state from the server. The server receives the moving path and the network state from the terminal. The server predicts the current network state based on the moving path and the network state.</p> |
